After watching Turo navigate and manipulate his world, I’ve realized toddlers have their own unique perspective. Not confined to any set notions of how things “should be,” they experiment and explore. I (usually) enjoy discovering what Turo has assembled, rearranged or deconstructed. It’s a glimpse into his constantly churning mind.
So, with inspiration from my blogger friend Theresa, I started A Toddler Lives Here, a blog about capturing these toddler moments. I don't want this to just be a bunch of photos of things my kid does, but rather a space where snapshots of toddler imagination can be shared.
I’m still trying to figure out how a blog like this could work (or if it will be entertaining to anyone other than me), but I know it needs more than the few pictures I’ve posted. If you would like to share amusing snapshots of the stuff your toddler "designs" in your house, could you please send them to atoddlerliveshere@gmail.com? Include your toddler’s first name and your city and state and if you have a blog to be added to the list of “contributors”.
Thanks!!!!

You make me happy! Toddlers are amazing little creatures! I will dig through my pictures soon. Can you believe that I left my camera in Atlanta this past weekend...at my brother's house...and I won't be back down there for a couple of weeks. And of course I see things when I don't have my camera. Grrrrrr. :)
I love this idea! Will add blog o blogroll.
Cindy
