Relating to South Park

On the plane ride to Michigan, I was watching an episode of South Park Jose had downloaded onto my i-pod. In this episode, Cartman can't wait for the Wii to be released. He tells his little friends that he wishes he could be frozen like astronauts in science fiction movies who travel to far away planets. Then when he woke up it would be time to get the Wii, but he wouldn't feel like any time had passed.

I relate to you, Cartman. Not that I want to be frozen and miss all the wonders of life, but waiting is hard. And we're not even "officially" waiting yet.

In 18 years you will look back at this time and wonder how time can move so quickly. Parenting will be your biggest adventure and challnege, the most important thing you will do in your life. As hard as it seems, treasure the waiting and anticipation. The baby will come and be all you have been looking forward to. You will make very good parents!
